No fund transfe

My brother in the UK sent me funds for my creditcard account on 18 September. They normally get deposited the following day, but not this time. I had to contact the department (IT 114950397) yesterday afternoon to ask them to be released. They have still not been deposited in my account with the result that I will incur penalty fees for not making a minimum payment. If these fees are not waivered I will cancel my card. I also have not received the statement for July and August.
