Really disappointing service after being a client for more than 15 years.
The arrangement I have is my debit order for a personal loan to run after the 25 of the month when I get paid.
It was run last night which is 7 days early. Hellooo does someone need a calender.
I now have to wait for them to credit my account which I am told will happen after 12 today and am unable to fulfill a payment obligation to someone else for my wifes birthday gift for tomorrow.
What a poor show, and it is not the first time this has happened.
Perhaps time to change banks.
