Bad service

I am so, i don't want to lie. I've had enough of ABSA despite their charges; it's been long overdue for me to change banks. Two months back i called 086 010 0370, it says the option for" Loans and settlement is 3". I went to the option was told I'm in a wrong place it's general inquiries, then referred to option 2 same story no help, I have been referred from one option to another without getting any help. So even today same story...

All I want is a Personal loan settlement letter; I had a loan that I settled around July. It seems like it's going to take a lifetime with such poor services from the call centre. Maybe it's time I make a move to a bank that cares for it's clients.
