I purchased travel insurance in July 2013. At which point I was double billed by Chartis. I was promised that I will be refunded every time I call the call centre. Which has been every week since July. I feel that Chartis is a very underhanded and devious company and to all would be clients, I would be very skeptical of purchasing any products with this company. Double billing a customer and failing to refund within 7 days is equivalent to. I will be reporting this to the insurance ombudsman.
