I received my enchashment amount in July. On August 16th I spoke with Tebogo. I was enquirying why the amount I received was lesser than the premiums I've paid for 10 years. She opened up an enquiry and advised I'd receive an email in 9 working days. On 3 September, I call again, as I'd received no email/call in this regard. I spoke with Lebo, who advised that she has escalated this enquiry to her managers to look at and respond ASAP. It's now one month since my initial request and NO ONE has responded. I've sent an email to Lebo on 11th Sept, which she has failed to reply to. What kind of service is THIS???
