Sometime in 2010 my unemployed wife went to the bank and tookout a loan of R55000.00 without my consent I believe I was supposed to be there to sign and accept the loan bit the bnk was negligent. I fought with my wife very badly but ended up paying the instalment as I was taking ownership of my wife's actions even thought the bank was at faults
2011 my home loan was approved and I needed money to put up security at my house as it was a new development, the bank refused as of the current loan I started to complain saying but I didn't even sign for that loan and am continuing to pay for it to avoid bad credit record as I maintained a good one, they declined my loan until I mentioned that I need to speak to Maria Ramos and also going to report them at ombudsman.they said they can see I'm getting overrtime every week plus my contract allowance then they approved R1 to bypass system and approved the loan.now in no longer working at the mines and not getting the contract allowance and overtime I asked the bank to half my instalment they refuse and want me to work on their terms which don't suit my budget and they created this mess in a first place.please call me for more info.
