I bought a CASH PASSPORT from Travelex for 1000pounds on 29 August 2013, and they said I just go to the atm and it will work... well I tried, then I phoned, they said the card was never loaded, well R17506.91 later they have my money and I can't even buy water in London, I tried phoning but no awnser, I need my cards to be loaded asap, the London brance can't get hold of south africa's branch.
Please this is my last resort...
