Put on hold for 30 minutes

On the 12/09 in the morning around 10am, i called blue bean credit card requesting my tax certificate for my credit card as SARS came to my work and they requested it, i spoke to vela magudulela asking her to email it to me asap she told me its not possible i will get it emailed in 7 days time, i then asked for a team leader as i felt it was unacceptable and the tax certificate should have been released a long time ago, vela put me on hold for 30 minutes i think her intention was for me to drop the phone, rendani then came when i was about to drop the phone, no apology was offered even when i told him i was placed on hold for 30 minutes, he told me that i can only get the tax certificate if im in debit balance but since im always in credit i cant get it, i asked him to send it anyway he said it will be sent the same day, till today i havent received it, i ended up submitting without it
