Still no Feedback

On 2 September, I transferred GBP300 to the UK, as my sister required money urgently. Today is the 17th, and she is still waiting for the money. I have followed up on the 6th, 9th, 10th (eventually got a reference number), and on further dates (see comments on their facebook page). This issue still remains unresolved. PATHETIC.
