Nedbank took all my money, left me 98K in debt

This morning I went to withdraw some cash to pay my gardener, put petrol in the car and get some bread and milk for home.

My withdrawals were all declined.

I then logged internet banking and saw that I have a charge to it of R100, 687.01!!! This has left me around R98, 000.00 in deficit on my current account which I don't have an overdraft facility on even!!!

From the sounds of it I'm not alone, and this is a Nedbank problem. What I find extremely disturbing is how no one at Nedbank can tell me when this will be fixed. They mention 2 days, they mention 24 hours, but no one can actually tell you they are not lieing when they tell you these words.

So I am now without any cash, and at the mercy of the bank I have banked with for the last 24 years, and they expect me to sit and wait for them to fix it on their terms.

We should all who have experienced this gross negligence leave this bank and tell them in that way how much we think of their reaction to this.

It's a big problem for many us in this situation with no money and need some now, but to them it's one problem to be solved in one go, rather than dealing with us as individuals/people like they should.
