I dont Know if Zenobia Swartz did give you the details of this querry im emailing you about this morning as i have been communicating with her for the past week already and she is now passing me over to yo without stating any reason why she can not assist me.
My Complaint is that. My Husband Bought A Maroon Toyota Corrola 1.4 at Ottery Spres in Cape town in 2008. ther was no prblems with the car up until 2010 when he went to register the Disk of the car at the Traffic Department.
They Advised us that the Car had already been registered in JHB same model of the car but with a diffrent registration and different colour it is Black also a 1.4.
We Then went to Clearance. The car was checked and it was found that everything was still as original from the manufactures. I then contacted a toyota via email i then was assisted by a ldy by the name of Pinkie BUBU, Lindiwe Shabalala case number was 3 00289524 she then advised that i need to go back to the Dealer wich did go to and they also reffered us to Clearance.
We went to Clearance 2nd time checked the car again and sent a speacialist from jhb to check and a
