How can we move your banking backwards!

I received the following SMS, s on the 27/08/2013

Standard Bank: R1274.12 purchased from Acc. 5461 at PARCO DELLA STANDIANA. Avl bal R4234.43 2013-08-27 Query? 0860123107

Since reporting ref below I had not been contacted by an investigator.

Dear Client. Please urgently call the Standard Bank Division on 2711 641 6114 Option 1 and quote the following reference number: 6232359

On contacting my personal banker a new card was issued where by I was finally able to access Internet banking in the new month & noticed none of the transactions showed, I assumed all had been reversed & sorted out.

07/09/2013 my credit card was declined due to lack of funds.

On returning home I noted the transactions had been deducted off my account 04/09/2013. An email was sent same day to my personal banker asking for the issue to get urgently addressed. 15/09/2013 I called and was promised a call back before end of day. No call!
