Understanding My Needs

A week ago i went to pick up my new car and a couple days before that i was inquiring about the cost of car insurance from 1st for Women and another insurance company, both company's were prepared to lower their monthly installment amounts to match each other and this went on about 3 times till eventually i just decided on the other company due to other reasons. i called 1st for Women to cancel my pending policy, but the lady 'helping me' agreed to give me an even cheaper rate again whilst not listening to what i was actually saying. I had made up my mind and was sticking to my current company.
I do not have time in my busy schedule to remember to phone people to cancel policies i have already phoned to cancel, but because she was just going on and on and not listening to me i agreed just to get off the phone. Mohammed listened to me, asked a few questions and then understood me and did as i requested. Sometimes that's all a potential client needs. Thank you Mohammed this is the exact service that could one day change my mind on which company i would prefer to be with :)
