On the 31st of May I phoned First For Women to cancel my insurance with them. The reason for the cancellation was that I thought I had found another company for car and home insurance with a cheaper premium. Mohammed listened to my reason and understood my logic. He then continued to explain that cheaper premium does not necessarily mean quality service. He reminded me of why I chose First for Women in the first place. I had a lovely day on that Friday because of his lovely sense of humour.
This might be two weeks overdue but it's never too late to say thank you!
