Written off car not cancelled at traffic departmen

Dear Sir/Madam,

After struggling with my insurance claim last year today I found out that Iwize hasent cancelled myy car which was written off last year and it even has penalties now. I tried calling their call centre and I did not receive any help till i ran out of airtime. WHAT A PANTHATIC SERVICE .After struggling with them to process when I was claiming. I will not recomend anyone to take up insurance with them. Im really feed up.
