Worst service to date

So I was to buy a car, and pick it up 2 months after purchase because of the colour I want it, in this period I got a quote and provisionally said outsurance could debit my acc 1st sept. I asked them to call me to confirm, because I wasn't sure when I would get the car. long story short: cancelled the car, they debited my account I called them and they insisted that I pay for the 2 days of cover for the car I didn't have- which I accepted, had to send bank statements, and I would receive my reimbursement within 48hrs, I did so the 3rd sept, got a call on the 4th to say that they needed bank statements that had not had transactions blanked out, I did so at 10am the same morning. so a week later, 1 fax later, 15 emails later I have yet to have money in my account, I've spent over R150 on calls to the centre and yet I still don't have my money. Terrible service, never will I use outsurance again even after they agreed to reimburse me the full amount, ripple effect of this, was my acc going into overdraft and not getting a homeloan and then the R150 I spent on phone calls. Tell me what I must do with my bad credit record now??? paying insurance for a car I never owned!!!
