I was under the impression that Bidorbuy was a secure platform to do sales on. I payed the extra amount to become a verified user and went through a long process to allow credit card transactions.
Little did I know that hidden somewhere (that I have still do date never seen) in the T's & C's of bidorbuy that I take full responsibility if Bidorbuy makes a loos due to them being insecure.
I have received emails from bidorbuy trying to debit my personal bank account, of which has close to nothing in it, due to the fact that im a 19 year old with no income. So Bidorbuy expects me to cough up R7750.00 for a laptop that I can provide proof that was delivered and signed for.
I'm disgusted by the service and the emails I have received threatening to hand me over to a debt collector, in which he will not be able to collect anything because I do not have anything.
I am also disgusted in how Bidorbuy makes it seem like they are secure and trust worthy, when they are clearly not.
I would like bidorbuy to resolve this issue to prevent legal action. I have already forwarded the information to the Consumer Protector.
