Since June 2013 I have had a R45 debit order deducted from Nedbank account only a monthly basis via a debit order from a company called VoxCons through FNB. I have been to FNB but they said I had to go through Nedbank. Nedbank says they can't help me because FNB is deducting it. I don't know this VoxCons but heard through searches on the web that others have the same problem. How can FNB allow that these illegal debit orders go through.
