Im addressing this to you though I know you will never read same

Following the debacle of all my cheque card withdrawals being charged to my credit card a few months ago and the charges which led too much frustration and time to resolve I needed to draw cash to pay for repairs on a aero engine today 12 sept 2013
I called like a good boy to the Branh central line to make arrangements on 11 Sept 2013
Was told the Branch would contact me within the hour
STILL WAITING
Contacted Prestige Banking
Told would resolve STILL WAITING
Phoned client resolution TOLD 48 Hours turnaround
Phoned you 0116369111 TOLD YOU DONT TAKE CALLS Want to put me to complaints again insisted on speaking to you
PUT PHONE DOWN IN MY EAR PHONED AGAIN PUT PHONE DOWN IN MY EAR AFTER BEING RUDE

then phoned help line wanted BM of Fourways Nickey Peterson to call me
INNOCENT took my call A SHES IN A MEETING RUDE AND UNHELFUL
Asked for AM ZAYNO SHODIENS NO told dont have acontact number for her

WILL IT BE THIS DIFFICULT TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNTS
