My card debited me twice at a restaurant

I was at Thunder Gun Restaurant on Beyers Naude
My card was swiped by the waiter, and it debited me twice, within a space of 60 seconds, I reported this matter, they said they would call Standard bank, Every day I';ve been following up, and they say they reported to standard bank, to this day I have not been refunded my R100. Surely this should be within 24 hours? I need my refund
