Refusal to assist - Incorrect listing on ITC

This is my second complaint regarding this company. They are refusing to debit my account and have incorrectly listed me as having defaults on ITC. I have sent numerous emails to everyone that should be able to assist. All they do is respond with excuses and refuse to respond. I have even tried emailing the CEO a MR Hermias Strauss. I have still not received any feedback or assistance from anyone whatsoever. The fact that the CEO of this company couldnt care less briefly describes what this pathetic company is about. They have tarnished my ITC record and now I am left with the burden of getting it corrected. I urge anyone and everyone never to use any of the services offered by this company or the JD Group as they are all under one name.
