I have two complains about Nedbank currently:
I applied for a Homeloan extention online (The quick and easy way) and got a mail back from them a couple of hours later that my application was withdrawn. There was no explanation of why it was withdrawn.
I decided to go the the Centurion branch, as I knew I might have made some stupid mistake. Arrived at around 16:00, and Risha (Think it's her name) helped. The system on her side showed no info either, and she tried to phone the homeloans department, but they close at 16:00 sharp, even if the branch states they are open until 17:00.
She took all my details and promised to phone me first thing the next morning. It's been a week, and nothing from them.
