My car (BMW 116i) was bumped by Outsurance client Zuko Tuku parked on the 25/07/13. I went to BMW for a quote & I gave it to Zuko Tuku. On the 02/09/13 the car was assessed & the asseessor told me that it takes 3 days to complete the claim I phoned Call center on Friday 06/09/13 and I was transferred to Tshepo and he told me that the qoute has been approved for R15 099.59 but it has been transferred to Herbert & I went to Outsurance Offices because I disagreed with amount & Herbert told me that he knows nothing about that amount & he does not know what Tshepo got that i from. As far as he knows the claim takes 6 to 8 weeks. I went back on Monday 09/09/13 and asked him how far has he gone with my claim and he said he has nothing at the moment as the claims takes 6 to 8 weeks as he said on Friday with attitude and I left. On 10/09/13 I received an e-mail from Herbert telling me that the claim has been approved for R 15 099.59 & I told him that I want my car fixed at BMW as it is still under warrant & their panelbeaters are not BMW approved. He said I can take it anywhere I want with a limited amount of R 15 099.59 & pay the difference, I disagreed with him, he said we can go to court.
