This complaint is regarding FNB and African bank, i will send this through to both. On the 15th of March 2013 I paid my personal loan at African bank and for some reason, they returned my payment and FNB paid it on my behalf for some reason as well. This mistake was only realised in June 2013 and FNB head office emailed meand said I now owe them the money, which was fair enough and the debited the amount from my account (R11200). A few days later African bank called me to say that FNB reversed their payment and now no one knows where the R11200 is. I have been in contact with Mandisa Mlilo and her superviser Muneeb, but haven't received feedback since July. African bank has handed me over to the Crediters for not paying the loan. I need a reference number from my complaint because I will be going to the Ombudsman.
