Please can you tell me where on your website it states that pay out of a loans takes 10 working days?? If this was in fact stated I wouldn't even bother applying, and i'm sure everyone else is complaining about the same thing. Your customer service centre is useless to say the least...
I would like to cancel this approved loan as waiting 10 days is not an option for me at all, I will take my business elsewhere.
