I was in need of applying for a loan for my kids school stationary and fees as December was a very tight month for me. I was informed that once approved my loan would pay out shortly. When i called in to find out whats going on as my kids are at school with no stationary as yet i was told it now takes 15 working days to pay out and its NOT THERE PROBLEM!!! This is the most disgusting service i have ever had from anyone!!!
This is completely unacceptable! Call center staff should be trained to be calm and patient not have a bad attitude and a dont care attitude. (Supplier name changed from Bridge Group to Bridge Loans by Hellopeter.com)
