Treat your private clients with respect

In November I created a stop order for rental online, In April 2013 I cancelled the stop order on line and put my future payment limit on R0. On the 28th of April R13000 was debited from my account. I went to Highveld mall branch to enquire to which they gave me a number to call, no response I then went to the private bank branch at saveways mall. There we also called the helpline where I was promised that the matter will be rectified. In May&June the same thing happened, with every debit, the estate agent charged me R600 to reverse the money. In July I tried my luck again, called the help line, It was confirmed that online it was set up correctly and I should send a print screen to help4u. Alas, the stop order went through on the 28th July. The estate agency gave me a call to warn me that they cannot continue this process with me any longer and I must sort it out with my bank. On the 28th August another R13000 went out of my account, i took the matter with my private banker yet again and he sent me a print out which should serve as proof that the stop order wont go through.12 days later no refund from estate agent. To ABSA I ask, is this the perks of PRIVATE BANKING.??
