POOR SERVICE FROM FNB

MY FIANCEE HAVE APPLIED FOR A CREDIT CARD FROM FNB 2 WEEKS AGO, WE ARE STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM THEM TO GO PICK UP THE CARD. WE HAVE CALLED THEM TWICE IN THE LAST WEEK TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON. FIRS WE WERE TOLD THE FORM WERE NEVER SUBMITTED AND NOW WE ARE BEING TOLD THAT THE PERSON WHO MUST SUBMIT THE FORM IS SICK AND ALL OUR DOCUMENTS ARE LOCKD INSIDE HIS DRAWER AT WORK.

sURELY SOMEONE MUST HAVE SPARE KEYS NOW CLIETS ARE BEING TOLD TO WAIT BECAUSE CLIENT DOCUMENTS GET LOCKED INTO PERSONAL DRAWERS??
wE MOVED FROM A PREVIOUS BANK TO FNB TO GET BETTER CLIENT SERVICE BUT WE ARE VERY QUICKLY REGRETTING OUT DECISION TO SO. EVERYTIME WE CALL THE BANK THERE IS A MILLION STORYS AS TO WHY OUR FORMS HAVE NOT YET BEEN SUBMITTED.. THIS IS JUST RIDICOULOUS
