Consultant came to home to verify address

My Brother in law George was not able to open a bank account after the passing of his wife. He did not have sufficient proof of residence. I explained his situation to the lady at the reception and after making some calls and discussing the issue with her manager, they agreed to open the bank account and the consultant made a personal visit to his home to verify that he statyed at the address.By doing so George was able to continue with the funeral arrangements for his wife. This is definately a first for me. I just want to thank Standard Bank Staff at Parow Centre for making me belief in miracles again
