Outsurance contacted me for a quote on Life insurance. I dealt with Kagiso Mekgwe who explained everything about the life insurance cover to me. The call got disconnected, but he has gone the extra mile of finding out my cell number and calling me back. In a country where service is almost non-existant, it is rare to find service like this. Kagiso was very friendly over the phone and did a good job of possibly selling the product to me. I would definitely deal with him again and very much recommend him.
