I've only ever had amazing service from Outsurance, this is not really a complaint, Im just really battling to get Legal Department to contact me back. I have received a lawyers letter from someone wanting to sue me in a personal capacity for damages to their vehicle... and I just need urgent assistance from Outsurance regarding this. I have emailed a very helpful person Prinesh NAidoo to sent all my documents to the legal department, and he has been asking Legal Department to contact me since Thursday. Just getting a bit worried now, and would appreciate a call back or even a contact number to get some assistance with this.
