The above mentioned company has been debiting my account for the past five years without my knowlege. I do not know how they got sensitive information such as my bank account and i have been paying a policy for a fictitious person by the name of Patrick, I do not even know who Patrick is. I would like to be refunded my money including bank charges within 24 hours.
