Today I receive yet another sms that said FNB was trying to deduct an amount of my account for a personal loan; this is the second time it has happened.
I don't have a personal loan with FNB.
FNB has admitted last month that the have an error, only for this to happen again.
I would like an apology in writing also stating that this will not happen again. Failing to adhere to this request within 21 days, I will raise the issue with the South African Banking Ombudsman, open a case with the SAPS for as well as close all accounts with FNB including my business account.
