Contacted MiWay as I was not entirely satisfied with the renewal quote and wished to cancel. Spoke to Ricardo Zaal who was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure Miway did not lose my business. He kept assuring me that he was doing his best to meet my needs and to ensure that I remain a MiWay client. After 20mins he not only met my needs but improved it compared to other offers I received and for this I would like to Thank him! I see everyday people complaining about lack of service especially in South Africa and employees` attitudes are either you accept it or stop wasting their time. I feel it is vital to compliment those (Ricardo Zaal in this case) who value customer service! Keep it up!
