Exceptionally bad service

Joined standard bank telephonically and took out the prestige account, got told that i will recieve my titanium car within 14 days, when the card was at the bank for collection it was not the titanium card and there was no documents i can sign to officially open the account aswell as a letter i can give to my HR department to have my salary paid into the account... its been almost 2 months now without anything from the branch and no answer on the titanium card...

i expected alot more from standard bank as this is simply horrible service to be honest
