I received my rerate (i have been a customer of Outsurance for more than 10 years!) and my rate for my Yaris 2009 T1 is now R788.11. I called Virgin Insurance and for the same cover and NO EXCESS I was quoted by an excellent Darren an amount of R379.00. I called Ralph about this and that I can ask for a written quote and he was not able to reduce my premium AT ALL. I told him that I would then cancel and he asked if I would be cancelling now on the phone and that he can do it for me!!! No beating or doing more or BENDING OVER BACKWARDS, ONLY ASSISTING IN CANCELLING!!! We that is false advertising as they are all about beating a quote etc and all they can do is assist in cancelling. GOODBYE OUTSURANCE!!! HELLO VIRGIN INSURANCE.
