Good day, I called in, requested a quote on my new vehicle, just to check if my new vehicle could be cheaper in terms of insurance and suddenly have a policy and debit orders for the last 2 months. I had to reverse the payments and incur charges. I am now ON HOLD for the last 2 days because the consultants are inefficient and slow and keep transferring me to the next department. needless to say it didn't take this long for you to activate a debit order??? but its taken me 72 hours to try get somebody on the line to CANCEL and deactivate.
