I hear nothing from your loans department when I phone there's every time a different story, I even heard the payment will be done today, but when I phoned this afternoon the lady said that they are still busy with the application, when I said to her if I don't have an answer before tomorrow morning I am cancelling the loan she just replied I'll make a note I'll make a note, I mean really you guys are wasting my time other banks can give you a result the same day why are you on such a slow go?? let me know what is happening keep me updated on the progress so that I know to go somewhere else if you can't help me... I could have had the money yesterday all ready if I went somewhere else your service are very very bad..I am disappointed, the other loan I had with you the last time the money was in the bank the same day what happened??
