It all started when I confirmed my new card on Paypal, the same day a $49 transaction went off my account which I send forms in for and still no reversal. Then on the 19th at close to midnight transactions stated going off my account using my card number and cleaned out my account. I contacted FNB, reported the case and asked for a new card to be send to the branch... which they now try to courier to me. I have no overdraft facility yet FNB allowed transactions to the value of close to R2000 to go through, now they want me to rectify my account after they we negligent in allowing the transactions to go through. I now have to pay penalties for being overdrawn as well as the RD fees on my D/O and my monthly annuity that will be paid in tomorrow will just be taken by FNB for the arrears on my account.
I feel this is the worst service I have ever received and would NEVER recommend FNB to anybody - Ebucks and all their "leading inovations" mean nothing.
