DO NOT KNOW WHETHER TO LAUGH OR TO CRY!!

I called to changed the debit order date for my new home I purchased 3 moths ago. My debit order went off on the 1/09/2013 (debit date being the 1st of every month(. I changed it to the 27th. I asked when the next debit order will go off and I was told on the 27th of October (almost 60 days later). All asked was are you sure it will be the 27th of October and not the 27th of September... the attitude I got after that. I find that it was totally uncalled for. all she needed to say was yes I am... not if I wasn't sure... I did not even listen to what else she had to say. SO DISAPPOINTED IN fn
