I am getting tired of these Incorrect billings now. Last week Friday (31-August-2013), I received an sms from my phone saying that an amount of R180.00 has been taken away from my ABSA Account. When I phoned ABSA to enquire this again They do not know the Company but the debit was done by FNB. They said that I should phone FNB because the debit was done by them. I phoned FNB and they told me that, the name of the Company is called NETCASH. Its reference number is: NETCASH 53417256 CELEBRITIES. I have no knowledge of this Company whatsoever. I did not have any agreement with them. the FNB employee gave me the NETCASH number. When I phoned them, I spoke with a lady named Cristal, she could not answer my questions and referred me to an non-existing number. I did not get any information from he and she was not making sense. I am tired of this exploitation by these so called Companies. This thing is happening for the second month in a row now. Firstly, last month, it was a company called DREMARKET, and now its this NETCASH Company. Can you please help me again guys. I do not know what to do and I'm finding it hard to get these exploitation Companies off my back.
