Netcash has debited money from my account without consulting me, I phoned Netcasc, the lady called Monique told me that there debit is coming from the other company using their facilities. I mean how can the reference of the Debit be Netcash but from the different company? i want my money back to my account as i don't have any relationship with them, i don't even know them and no communication was done between us! I would like to ask them to return my cash otherwise i will take this matter further!
