Unauthorised debit orde

I received a sms, from Standard Bank, that an amount was paid to Sage Netcash, a company I have never heard of. When enquiring from the banking helpline after normal waiting in line on telephone, they immediately reversed the amount cost free and gave me a telephone number for Netcash. I waited on the telephone line to Netcash for 30 minutes before being helped and they gave me the name of Dentsure with telephone number, a company in Pretoria. I am based in Cape Town. Dentsure's telephone does not respond (it probably does not exist). My question is; how can Standard Bank accept a debit order from a EFT assistmant company without my authorization.
