Iam really unhappy with the service I have received from Absa (Housing Department) in Pretoria. I faxed my claim forms a while back and have still not received any confirmation or feedback. Anytime I call them they tell me that the person who can assist (Shandre) is either on lunch or not available. I have been sometimes told that they have not received the fax, and I have had to re fax the documents. This is very frustrating as this is an urgent matter that needs to be resolved. Iam really dissapointed at the level/ lack of proffesionalism that I have encountered at this department. Their service has been really poor and Iam even wondering if this will ever be resolved. They have promised to call me back on numerous occasions but I have never received any call from them.
