WHY IS MY MONTHLY STATEMENT STILL 23RD -23RD

I have requested that my monthly business acc statement be dated from beginning of month till end of month and not 23rd - 23rd of each month, as i am currently getting. this is useless. i have requested FNB, to change, but somehow somebody is sleeping?
please advise
