After having my insurance suspended because of not logging off the website properly, I was informed 2 months later I had to pay a bulk amount to be covered. The payment was never made, only to have 2 months premiums deducted from my account 2 months later! Been waiting since 8 August for my reimbursement which was guaranteed within 72 hours!!! Still waiting to hear from them!!
