After Almost Seven YEARS of loyal support and uninterrupted premiums to Outsurance, We have had the nastiest experience from a company that we have praising for so many years.
On Saturday January 19th, we took the family to the world famous Charly's Bakery in Cape Town CBD. We had parked in a designated parking and left for no more than 40 minutes. We made sure the care was closed and secure and also left whatever "valuables' concealed in our cubby and under the seat. We had a new garmin GPS system which we were told should not be removed from its mount as it leads to breakage of the mount and garmin. We made sure that handbags and cosmetic bags were securely put under the seat. We didn't want to carry too much of stuff and we wanted to watch the kids and we hadn't been to the area prior to this.
It was approximately 12h45 and we felt at ease. Why would we feel at ease? Because it was the weekend, there were quite a few people around and we were INSURED! (So we thought)
