Outstanding Client service

We had a question regarding a debitorder that went through our bank account of which we were unsure. We have an insurance policy with Virgin Money for our vehichle and home contents but it was for a different amount. So we went in on the internet and tried to find Virgin Money Life insurance email address but could only find their call centre nr. So we sent an email to Virgin Money and was contacted by Delano today. He explained what this extra debitorder was for, but we were not interested in this product. He kindly assisted us in canceling this extra debitorder that has being going off from our bank account. We would like to thank Delano for his professionalism, precise knowledge and excellent client service!
