I have been trying to cancel my policy with Miway since last week and still no one from the cancellations department has contacted me. I last spoke to a Rozani who informed me that all the agents were busy.
I have also sent emails to instruct and even used the online web portal in an attempt to cancel my policy.
This is a complete violation of my rights as a Consumer! I should not have to pay for a service which I am not getting or no longer want.
