Standard Bank

R7000 was EFTed out of my bank account. I didn't add the beneficiary or receive any notifications verifying the transaction. I was only sent an sms notifcation informing me that the money had been transferred into someone else account. This issue was raised on the 03 August and I have been dealing with the bank for 3 weeks now. The matter still hasn't been resolved which I feel is unacceptable. I am tired of the bank telling me that they are investigating my case and apologizing for this mishap. Bottom line is that I need the R 7000! I expect my money to be returned and for this issue to be resolved asap.
